Cash Management Solutions

Cash management is a relatively new area for Associated Security, which was a solution introduced due to our clients requirements ever expanding. We were contacted by one of our existing customers with an enquiry to source and supply a cash teller machine that met their specific requirements to be introduced over 12 months. Dedicated to providing the best solution, we took the challenge and started our research. 

Over the course of 12 months we contacted a large number of suppliers to source a machine that met the client’s requirements. An efficient machine of 10000 note capacity within the given budget was difficult to find, however after research and testing, we sourced the perfect unit – the compact 10,000. 

In order to ensure the client was provided with the best all-round solution, our team underwent intense training before we supplied the units in order to fully understand the machines functions, how it works and how to repair it should the machine ever fail. 

Once the teller machine was rolled out across the selected branches, our engineers visited site in order to pass on their knowledge learnt via the training to the client’s staff on site. We ensured staff understood how to properly use the machine and all of its functions to reduce cash handling time as well as to avoid any breakage.

This enquiry pushed Associated to develop our product portfolio, learn a new area within the security industry and train our engineers with new skills. We are now able to offer this machine and other cash management solutions to new and existing clients across the UK.
